TULIP FIELDS OF NORTHERN NETHERLANDS IN MONTH OF MAY

The tulip bulbs are planted in late October and early November. More than three billion tulips are grown each
year and two-thirds of the vibrant dazzling blooms are exported, mostly to the USA and Germany. After flowers are harvested then the land will be used for vegetables
and other crops.
