The world says it is difficult
to understand a woman.
because she is full of contradiction,
full of vanity,jealousy,greed and ego.
Her mind full of insatiable desires for wealth,
luxury and lavish lifestyles.
But the truth is,a woman is a reservoir
of love..
overflowing with compassion,
caring and forgiving.
With a heart full of sweetness,
A voice soothing and delicate.
A woman makes world troubles melt,
with just her full,genuine smile.
The kindness and tender feelings
only a woman can give usually go
unrecognized.
I wish the world were kinder to this
kindest souls of creation!
and that is the....
WOMAN
"You can only push a woman once
until she walks out in your life on her own,
So be careful and make sure this is really
what you want!...
Because once she turns around,
she isn't coming back anymore"
WOMAN

T O N I G H T
Tonight I will find you
the skies in dreams
Tonight I sit in the clouds
and hug you with my poems.
I will leave it in the clouds
you draw my body with kisses,
this is your best picture
I will be your secret.
Tonight, slowly and silently
you want to be the talk,
and very softly whispered
and your ears tell you everything I feel.
This night of dreams
merged bodies
and in perpetual symbiosis we
one beyond the dreams ...

You are my candle
You are my candle, my love
You are everything to me
You are the lover of my life
You are the moon and I’m the stars
You are everything that I desire.
You are my destiny.
You are my past, present and future.
You are my sun my, everything
You are my Friend,
Brother, Father, Sister, Mother .
You are my family,
my heart is all your to keep within you.
Forever I will always be yours
and no-one can damage the love
that I have for you.
You are my soul and
no darkness can overcome to depart us.
You are my raindrop and I am the sea.
I’m so proud that your mine and I’m yours.
Every time I feel /touch you my heart smiles and rejoices,
but then at the same time its cries because
I know once that candle blows away I will never ever feel the same.
I love you.

A gorilla goes toe-to-toe with his bigger brother in a quest to become the dominant male. In one corner, weighing in at more than 400 pounds, is Chip (right), a 14-year-old dominant silverback ruling the roost. In the other corner: 12-year-old Pende - a wannabe looking to take the crown of heavyweight champion of Detroit Zoo. They sparred in front of onlookers at the zoo, with Pende emerging as the surprise winner.

A black leopard is pictured at the Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve in Johannesburg, South Africa. The old adage that a leopard can never change its spots is not always true. Black leopards of Africa and Asia are commonly confused with the pumas of South America. Both have dark, or melanistic fur but they retain faintly visible spots.

In years to come this small kingfisher will no doubt talk wistfully of the "one that got away". For despite its best efforts the greedy bird was unable to snatch the large fish that was lying enticingly in a net....
A pelican plays with an empty beer bottle, thinking it is a fish. The sight was captured by Mary Trebilco as she holidayed in Batemans Bay in New South Wales, Australia. She said the bird appeared to be fascinated with the bottle's shiny exterior: "I think he was attracted by the shine and colour, although I don't know why because fish don't usually come in bright green. He dropped it from his mouth but managed to pick it up again and seemed content to let it nestle in his bill for a while."

A weird double lizard with two heads has been caught in Rong'an County in southern China's Guangxi Province. Zheng Tuxiu says it was caught by her pet cat: "I was scared by the alien stuff it [the cat] brought home." Curious residents have now been flocking to her home in order to take a look at the unusual creature.
This may look like a creature from a Harry Potter movie - at first glance it looks like a bull has sprouted wings and is about to lift off. The amusing picture was snapped as the bull was chased by a crane, the tallest flying bird in the world. The sight was caught on camera at Keoladeo National Park, in Rajasthan, India, by photographer Jagdeep Rajput, who said people had compared it to Pegasus, the mythical winged horse.

A REAL PSYCHOLOGY TEST
Saturday, November 13, 2010
This is a genuine psychological test.
It is a story about a girl.
Whilst at the funeral of her own mother, she met this guy whom she did not know.
She thought this guy was amazing, so much her dream guy she believed him to be, that she fell in love with him there but never asked for his number and then...
A few days later the girl killed her own sister.
Question: What is her motive in killing her sister?
Give this some thought for a while before you scroll down.
*Answer: She was hoping that the guy would appear at the funeral again.
If you answered this correctly, you think like a psychopath.
This was a test by a famous American psychologist used to test if one has the same mentality as a killer.
Many arrested serial killers took part in this test and answered it correctly. If you didn't answer correctly - good for you.
If your friends hit the jackpot, may I suggest that you keep your distance.
(If you got the answer correct, please let me know so I can take you off my visitors list...)

Dandruff Tips & Treatment
Dandruff Symptoms
The scales from the scalp fall : When the hair is combed or brushed, or when the scalp is scratched, the scales from the scalp fall like snowflakes and settle on the eye brows, shoulders, and clothes. These scales sometimes appear as lumps or crusts on the scalp.
Itching is there and scalp may become red :Often there is itching as well and the scalp may become red from scratching.
Dandruff Causes
Impairment of general health, wrong food intake, constipation
The main causes of dandruff are impairment of general health, development of a toxic condition mainly due to taking of wrong foods, constipation, and a low vitality due to infectious diseases.
Emotional tension, harsh shampoos, general exhaustion
Other factors contributing to this disorder are emotional tension, harsh shampoos, exposure to cold, and general exhaustion.
Home Remedies for Dandruff
Dandruff treatment using Fenugreek Seeds
The use of fenugreek seeds is one of the most important remedies in the treatment of dandruff. Two tablespoons of these seeds should be soaked overnight in water and ground into a fine paste in the morning. This paste should be applied all over the scalp and left for half an hour. The hair should then be washed thoroughly with soap-nut (ritha) solution or acacia concinna.
Dandruff treatment using Lime
The use of a teaspoon of fresh lime juice for the last rinse, while washing the hair, is another useful remedy. This not only leaves the hair glowing but also removes stickiness and prevents dandruff.
Dandruff treatment using Green Gram Powder
A valuable prescription for removal of dandruff is the use of green gram powder. The hair should be washed twice a week with two tablespoons of this powder mixed with half a cup of curd.
Dandruff treatment using Beet
Beets have been found useful in dandruff. Both tops and roots should be boiled in water and this water should be massaged into the scalp with the finger tips every night. White beet is better for this purpose.
Dandruff treatment using Snake Gourd
The juice of snake gourd has been found beneficial in the prevention and treatment of dandruff. The juice should be rubbed over the scalp for this purpose.
Dandruff treatment using Other Remedies
Dandruff can be removed by massaging the hair for half an hour with curd which has been kept in the open for three days, or with a few drops of lime juice mixed with indian gooseberry juice every night, before going to bed. Another measure which helps to counteract dandruff is to dilute cider vinegar with an equal quantity of water and dab this on to the hair with cotton wool inbetween shampooing. Cider vinegar added to the final rinsing water after shampooing also helps to disperse dandruff.
Dietaries for Dandruff
All-fruit diet with three meala a day of juicy fruits
Diet plays an important role in the treatment of dandruff. To begin with, the patient should resort to an all-fruit diet for about five days and take three meals a day of juicy fruits.
Avoid citrus fruits, bananas, tinned fruits
Citrus fruits, bananas, dried, stewed, or tinned fruits should not be taken.
Well-balanced diet
After the all-fruit diet, the patient can gradually adopt a well-balanced diet, with emphasis on raw foods, especially fresh fruits and vegetables. Further short periods of an all-fruit diet for three days or so may be necessary at monthly intervals till the skin's condition improves.
Avoid strong tea/coffee, pickles, refined and processed foods
Meats, sugar, white flour, strong tea or coffee, condiments, pickles, refined and processed foods should all be avoided.
Other Dandruff treatments
Keep hair and scalp clean to avoid accumulation of dead cells
The foremost consideration in the treatment of this disorder is to keep the hair and scalp clean so as to minimise the accumulation of dead cells.
Hair should be brushed daily to improve circulation
The hair should be brushed daily to improve the circulation and remove any flakiness. The most effective way to brush the hair is to bend forward from the waist with the head down towards the ground, and brush from the nape of the neck towards the top of the head. The scalp should also be thoroughly massaged everyday, using one's finger tips and working systematically over the head. This should be done just before or after brushing the hair. Like brushing, this stimulates the circulation, dislodges dirt and dandruff, and encourages hair growth. Exposure of the head to the rays of the sun is also a useful measure in the treatment of dandruff.
Warm-water enema
During the first five days of the treatment when the patient takes an all-fruit diet, a warm-water enema should be taken daily to cleanse the bowels. Simultaneously, an attempt should be made to keep the body in good health.
How to Cure Dandruff
Dandruff is due to the excessive shedding of dead skin cells from the scalp.
As it is normal for skin cells to die and flake off, a small amount of flaking is normal and in fact quite common.
Some people, however, either chronically or as a result of certain triggers,
experience an unusually large amount of flaking, which can also be accompanied by redness and irritation.

Burning FAT with FOODS
Grapefruit
I'm not sure if it has magical fat-burning properties, but research suggests that this sweet 'n' sour citrus fruit can aid in weight loss. One Scripps Clinic study found that eating half of a grapefruit or drinking four ounces of grapefruit juice with meals (without making any other changes in eating habits) resulted in an average weight loss of more than three pounds in 12 weeks. Scientists speculate the weight loss happens because grapefruit lowers insulin levels, which curbs your urge to snack. And, of course, the less you snack, the easier it is to lose weight.
Tip: If grapefruit is a little too tart for you, try sprinkling some Splenda on top.
Green Tea
Green tea is one ambitious beverage. Not only does it help prevent cancer and heart disease, but numerous research studies have also found that drinking green tea, or taking green tea supplements, can also rev up your metabolism. Just how big of a difference can this fat-burning brew make? Some researchers claim if you drink five cups of green tea a day, you'll burn 70 to 80 extra calories. That's not bad, and definitely worth a shot!
Spicy Foods
Like it hot? Good news: Eating spicy foods can help you burn more fat. Hot foods make you sweat and raise your heart rate, which temporarily increases your metabolism. So grab some cayenne, your favorite bottle of hot sauce, hot chilies or red pepper flakes, and give your food ‑- and your metabolism ‑- a kick.
Low-Fat/Nonfat Dairy
In addition to building strong bones, calcium also inhibits the production of calcitriol, a hormone that tells cells to generate more fat. Woohoo! Several studies have concluded that incorporating low-fat or nonfat dairy products into your diet can help you lose more weight. My favorite forms of low-fat dairy are Dannon Light 'n' Fit Smoothies, Yoplait Light Yogurt and Dreyer's Grand Light Ice Cream.
Water
Skimp on water, and it'll be harder to lose weight. Dehydration slows down your metabolism, and it can also lead to sugar cravings and fatigue (which might make you less likely to exercise). Yikes! Some experts recommend guzzling eight cups of H2O a day. I have at least 10 to 12 glasses daily.
Cinnamon
Research shows that a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon, eaten with food, helps metabolize sugars more effectively and lower the body's blood sugar levels. This is helpful because high blood sugar levels and excess sugar in the blood can lead to fat storage. Cinnamon also brings out natural sweetness in food and, well, tastes good. So sprinkle away! My favorite way to use the stuff? Mixed with Splenda and some fat-free cottage cheese or on baked apples. Mmm!
HG Protein Tip..!
Protein is essential for building muscle. And the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn ‑- even when you're at rest. Protein also has the highest thermic effect of all the macronutrients (protein, carbs and fat). So, you burn more calories digesting protein than you do digesting carbs or fats. Your best protein-packed bets are turkey, egg whites, fish, tuna and skinless, boneless chicken breasts

some interesting questions to students during recruitment.
Here are some of them:-
************ ********* ********* ***
1. There is one word in the English language that is alway pronounced
incorrectly. What is it?
2. A man gave one son 10 cents and another son was given 15 cents. What
time is it?
3. A boat has a ladder that has six rungs, each rung is one foot apart.
The bottom rung is one foot from the water. The tide rises at 12 inches every
15 minutes. High tide peaks in one hour. When the tide is at it's highest,
how many rungs are under water?
4. There is a house with four walls. Each wall faces south. There is a
window in each wall. A bear walks by one of the windows. What color is the
bear?
5. Is half of two plus two equal to two or three?
6. There is a room. The shutters are blowing in. There is broken glass on
the floor. There is water on the floor. You find Sloppy dead on the floor.
Who is Sloppy? How did Sloppy die?
7. How much dirt would be in a hole 6 feet deep and 6 feet wide that has
been dug with a square edged shovel?
8. If I were in Hawaii and dropped a bowling ball in a bucket of water
which is 45 degrees F, and dropped another ball of the same weight, mass, and
size in a bucket at 30 degrees F, both of them at the same time, which ball
would hit the bottom of the bucket first? Same question,
but the location is in Canada ?
9. What is th e significance of the following: The year is 1978,
thirty-four minutes past noon on May 6th.
10. If a farmer has 5 haystacks in one field and 4 haystacks in the other
field, how many haystacks would he have if he combined them all in the
center field?
11. What is it that goes up and goes down but does not move?

1. The word "incorrectly. "
2. 1:45. The man gave away a total of 25 cents. He divided it between two
people. Therefore, he gave a quarter to two.
3. None, the boat rises with the tide. Googly ;-)
4. White. If all the walls face south, the house is at the North pole, and
the bear, therefore, is a polar bear.
5. Three. Well, it seems that it could almost be either, but if you follow
the mathematical orders of operation, division is performed before
addition.
So... half of two is one. Then add two, and the answer is three.
6. Sloppy is a (gold)fish. The wind blew the shutters in, which knocked
his goldfish-bowl off the table, and it broke, killing him.
7. None. No matter how big a hole is, it's still a hole: the absence of dirt.
8. Both questions, same answer: the ball in the bucket of 45 degree F
water hits the bottom of the bucket last. Did you think that the water in the 30
degree F bucket is frozen? Think again. The question said nothing about
that bucket having anything in it. Therefore, there is no water (or ice) to
slow the ball down...
9. The time and month/date/year American style calendar are 12:34, 5/6/78.
10. One. If he combines all of his haystacks, they all become one big stack.
11. The temperature.

A Simple Hug
A Simple Hug
There's something in a simple hug
That always warms the heart,
It welcomes us back home
And makes it easier to part.
A hug is a way to share the joy
And sad times we go through,
Or just a way for friends to say
They like you 'cause you're you.
Hugs are meant for anyone
For whom we really care,
From your grandma to your neighbor,
Or a cuddly teddy bear.
A hug is an amazing thing
It's just the perfect way
To show the love we're feeling
But can't find the words to say.
It's funny how a little hug
Makes everyone feel good;
In every place and language,
It's always understood.
And hugs don't need new equipment,
Special batteries or parts -
Just open up your arms
And open up your hearts.
~ Johnny Ray Ryder Jr. ~
Be a deer and give someone a hug!

Smart tips for cooking vegetables
* Always mash potatoes when they are still quite hot. They can be mashed more easily and finely.
* To clean the surface of vegetables like potato, radish, sweet potato, carrots, etc., use a separate plastic scrubber or toothbrush kept for the purpose. Hold under running water and scrub.
* Use a pair of sharp scissors instead of a knife to chop chillies or leafy greens.
* Add a few teaspoons of milk to cauliflower while boiling to get rid of the raw smell. Drain and wash before adding to the recipe.
* Always hold fresh vegetables under running water for a minute after boiling and draining, to enhance their colour, e.g. carrots, greens, peas, etc. Hold in a colander or strainer so that the water passes through.
* Add a pinch of soda bi-carb to green vegetables while steaming or boiling or cooking in the microwave to retain the fresh green colour.
* For use of greens like sarson ki bhaji out of season, microwave to dehydrate till crisp. Soak in hot water for half an hour before proceeding.
* Store chopped vegetables in air tight plastic containers in the fridge to keep from browning and drying up.
* Add some salt or vinegar drops while washing vegetables and greens to make them clean and germ free, e.g. cauliflower, spinach, etc.
* Place tomatoes in hot water for 5-7 minutes before using. It would be easier to peel and better to taste in any recipe where tomatoes are required to be cooked.
* Add a pinch of turmeric powder to the oil before adding green vegetables. The vegetables will retain their greenness better even after cooking.
* Blanch green leafy vegetables (fenugreek, spinach, etc.) in boiling water for 2 minutes. Hold under cold running water, press out excess water, and store in freezer for about 2 weeks without spoiling.
* If there is a lot of leftover paneer crumbs, dry in a warm oven. Fry till crisp and store in the fridge. Soften in boiling water, drain and add to thicken gravies of any vegetables and curries.
* Wrap potatoes which you may want in foil to retain moisture and also to avoid becoming sooty black.
* To bake potatoes crisp and brown, soak the peeled potatoes in hot water for a while, pat dry and pierce all over with a fork before placing them in hot fat along with the roast.
* Always soak cauliflower in warm salted water for some time to get rid of the tiny insects sometimes present deep inside the florets and not visible to the eye.
* Use chilli oil instead of the ordinary oil, if you want to make the dish spicier.

FISH - its health benefits
Fish is almost always an essential element of a good diet. It has long been noted that people from certain regions, where the diet is largely composed of fish, appear to have a reduced risk of heart disease.
Fish must be consumed twice weekly to get its health benefits.
Health Benefits:
* They lower the rate at which the lever manufactures fat.
* They reduce the tendency of blood to clot.
* They repair arteries damaged by lack of oxygen owing to fatty deposits.
* They lower the blood pressure.
* A study followed and found that those who ate 225 gms of fish a week had a 40% lower risk of fatal heart attack than those who ate no fish.
* Fish eaters have lower risk of oral and digestive track cancer. Scientists speculate that fatty acids prevalent in sea foods inhibit tumour growth.
* Fish oil is reported to be beneficial in rheumatoid arthritis.
* Oily fish helps block breast cancer because the omega-3 fatty acid content boosts the immune system ability to respond to developing tumours

The Correct way of Eating Fruits
The Correct way of Eating Fruits
We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and popping it into our mouths. It’s not so easy as you think. It’s important to know how and when to eat.
What is the correct way of eating fruits?
v IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS!
v FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN IN AN EMPTY STOMACH.
If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.
FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD
Let’s say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.
In the mean time the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.
So please eat your fruits in an empty stomach of before your meals!
You have heard people complaining – every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat banana I feel like running to the toilet etc – actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit in an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!
Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, dark circles under the eyes all these aill not happen if you take fruits in an empty stomach.
There is no such thing as some fruits like orange and lemon are acidic because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Sehlton who did a research on this matter.
If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the secret of beauty, longevity, health, happiness and normal weight.
When you need to drink fruit juice – drink only fresh juice, NOT from the cans.
Don’t even drink juice that has been heated up, don’t eat cooked fruits because you don’t eat the nutrients at all, you only get to taste.
So stop making ‘goreng pisang’ or ‘durian porridge’ if you want nutrients. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.
But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.
You can go on a 3 – day fruit fast to cleanse your body.
Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprise when your friends tell you how radiant you look!
During the fruit fast you can eat fruits, prepared in salad forms and make it more interesting.

The 7 dangerous.........
1* Don't sm0'ke-
Experiment from experts proves that sm0'king a cig@rette after meal is comparable
to sm0'king 10 cig@rettes (chances of c@ncer is higher).
2* Don't eat fruits immediately -
Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air.
Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.
3* Don't drink tea -after meal
Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content
in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.
4* Don't loosen your belt -
Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.
5* Don't bathe -
Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around
the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
6* Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99.
In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from
the food we intake.
7* Don't sleep immediately -
The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

Recipe for a New Year
Take twelve whole months.
Clean them thoroughly of all
bitterness, hate, and jealousy.
Make them fresh and clean as possible.
Now cut each month into twenty-eight,
thirty or thirty-one different parts,
but don't make the whole batch at once.
Prepare it one day at a time
out of these ingredients.
Mix well into each day
one part of faith,
one part of patience,
one part of courage,
and one part of work.
Add to each day
one part of hope,
faithfulness, generosity,
meditation, and one good deed.
Season the whole with a dash of good spirits,
a sprinkle of fun, a pinch of play,
and a cupful of good humor.
Pour all of this into a vessel of love.
Cook thoroughly over radiant joy,
garnish with a smile,
and serve with quietness,
unselfishness,
and cheerfulness.

5 Reasons Why God Uses Problems
5 Reasons Why God Uses Problems
The problems you face will either defeat you or develop
you - depending on how you respond to them.
Unfortunately, most people fail to see how God wants to
use problems for good in their lives. They react foolishly and resent their
problems rather than pausing to consider what benefit they might bring.
Here are five ways God wants to use the problems in your life:
1.God Uses Problems To DIRECT U
Sometimes God must light a fire under you to get you moving.
Problems often point us in a new direction and motivate us to change.
Is God trying to get your attention? "Sometimes it takes
a painful situation to make us change our ways."
2. God Uses Problems To INSPECT U
People are like tea bags...if you want to know what's inside them,
just drop them into hot ever water! Has God tested
your faith with a problem What do problems reveal about you?
"When you have many kinds of troubles, you should be full
of joy, because you know that these troubles test your faith,
and this will give you patience."
3. God Uses Problems To CORRECT U
Some lessons we learn only through pain and failure.
It's likely that as a child your parents told you not to touch a hot stove.
But you probably learned by being burned. Sometimes we only learn
the value of something... health, money, a relationship. ..
by losing it. "It was the best thing that could have happened to me,
for it taught me to pay attention to your laws."
4. God Uses Problems To PROTECT U
A problem can be a blessing in disguise if it prevents you from
being harmed by something more serious. Last year a friend
was fired for refusing to do something unethical that his boss
had asked him to do. His unemployment was a problem - but
it saved him from being convicted and sent to prison a year
later when management's actions were eventually discovered.
"You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good...
5. God Uses Problems To PERFECT U
Problems, when responded to correctly, are character builders.
God is far more interested in your character than your comfort.
Your relationship to God and your character are the only two
things you're going to take with you into eternity.
"We can rejoice when we run into problems...
they help us learn to be patient. And patience develops strength of
character in us and helps us trust God more each time
we use it until finally our hope and faith are strong and steady."
Here's the point Ad:
God is at work in your life - even when you do not recognize it or understand it.
But it's much easier and profitable when you cooperate with Him.
"Success can be measured not only in achievements, but in lessons learned,
lives touched and moments shared along the way"

Top 10 Foods for a Good Night's Sleep
What is the secret to getting a solid 7 to 8 hours of sleep? Head for the kitchen and enjoy one or two of these 10 foods. They relax tense muscles, quiet buzzing minds, and/or get calming, sleep-inducing hormones - serotonin and melatonin - flowing. Yawning yet?
Bananas. They're practically a sleeping pill in a peel. In addition to a bit of soothing melatonin and serotonin, bananas contain magnesium, a muscle relaxant.
Chamomile tea. The reason chamomile is such a staple of bedtime tea blends is its mild sedating effect - it's the perfect natural antidote for restless minds/bodies.
Warm milk. It's not a myth. Milk has some tryptophan - an amino acid that has a sedative - like effect - and calcium, which helps the brain use tryptophan. Plus there's the psychological throw-back to infancy, when a warm bottle meant "relax, everything's fine."
Honey. Drizzle a little in your warm milk or herb tea. Lots of sugar is stimulating, but a little glucose tells your brain to turn off orexin, a recently discovered neurotransmitter that's linked to alertness.
Potatoes. A small baked spud won't overwhelm your GI tract, and it clears away acids that can interfere with yawn-inducing tryptophan. To up the soothing effects, mash it with warm milk.
Oatmeal. Oats are a rich source of sleep - inviting melatonin, and a small bowl of warm cereal with a splash of maple syrup is cozy - plus if you've got the munchies, it's filling too.
Almonds. A handful of these heart-healthy nuts can be snooze-inducing, as they contain both tryptophan and a nice dose of muscle-relaxing magnesium.
Flaxseeds. When life goes awry and feeling down is keeping you up, try sprinkling 2 tablespoons of these healthy little seeds on your bedtime oatmeal. They're rich in omega-3 fatty acids, a natural mood lifter.
Whole-wheat bread. A slice of toast with your tea and honey will release insulin, which helps tryptophan get to your brain, where it's converted to serotonin and quietly murmurs "time to sleep."
Turkey. It's the most famous source of tryptophan, credited with all those Thanksgiving naps. But that's actually modern folklore. Tryptophan works when your stomach's basically empty, not overstuffed, and when there are some carbs around, not tons of protein. But put a lean slice or two on some whole-wheat bread mid-evening, and you've got one of the best sleep inducers in your kitchen.

Valuable Piece of information
Let's say it's 6.15p m and you're going home (alone of
course), after an unusually hard day on the job.
You're really tired, upset and frustrated...
Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your
chest that starts to adiate out into your arm and up
into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the
hospital nearest your home. Unfortunately you don't
know if you'll be able to make it that far. You have
been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the
course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself.
HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE
Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart
attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating
improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only
about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.
However, these victims can help themselves by coughing
repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should
be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep
and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep
inside the chest.
A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two
seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until
the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing
movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood
circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also
helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart
attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as many
other people as possible about this. It could save
their lives!!

Did you know that you can tell what kind of personalities people have
by the kind of fruits they like?
ORANGE
If an orange is your favorite fruit, it speaks of a person who
has enduring patience and willpower. You like to do things
slowly, but very thoroughly and are completely undaunted by
hard work. You tend to be shy, but are reliable and a
trustworthy friend. You select your partner with care and you love
with all your heart. You avoid conflict at all costs.
APPLE
If an apple is your favorite fruit, you are an extravagant,
impulsive and outspoken person, often with a bit of a
temper. While you may not be the best organizer yourself,
you make a good team leader and are good at moving things
forward. You can take quick action in most situations. You
enjoy travel immensely. You ooze with charm when you are
with your partner. You have an enthusiasm for life,
unmatched by most.
BANANA
You are a softie! Loving, gentle, warm and sympathetic by
nature is the banana lover. You often lack in
self-confidence and are quite timid by nature. People often
take advantage of your sweet temperedness, and sheer
vulnerability to a situation. You adore your partner in
every which way, both for their mental and physical beauty!
Because of the way you are, your relationship is always very
much in harmony!
COCONUT
The coconut lover is a serious, very thoughtful and
contemplative person. Though you enjoy socializing, you are
particular about the company you keep. You tend to be
stubborn but not necessarily foolhardy. Shrewd, quick-witted
and alert, you ensure that you are right on top of any given
scenario, especially at work. You need a partner with brains
and while passion is important it certainly isn't
everything for you.
PINEAPPLE
You are quick to decide and even quicker to act.
You are brave in making career changes.
You have exceptional organizing abilities and are
undaunted by the size of the task at hand. You tend to be
self reliant, sincere and honest in your dealings with
others. Though you don't often make friends very
quickly, once you do, it is for life. You rarely, if
ever, make romantic overtures. Your partner is often
impressed with your sterling qualities but disappointed in
your ability to show affection.
PAPAYA
You are truly fearless and take much that happens in life
in stride. You give considerable thought to things you
do. You have a sense of humor that along with your generous
nature keeps you in most people's good books. You are a
go-getter in your professional life, and have a knack for
being in the right place at the right time. You enjoy
meeting new people and seeing new sights whenever you can.
Your sense of humor is what attracts members of the opposite
sex to you more than anything else. It is simply charming!
MANGO
A mango lover is a personality to be reckoned with, quite
often it's a person who has quite fixed ideas, and
influencing you is not an easy task. You tend to be an
extremist with strong likes and dislikes, and at times even
like to control a situation. You enjoy getting involved in
something that presents mental challenge. Strong as you may
be, you are like a kitten when you are with your partner.
You accommodate the love of your life, and make up for all
the strong will elsewhere!
CHERRY
If cherry is your favorite fruit, life isn't always as sweet
for you. You often face ups and downs, particularly
professionally, and find that you make small sums of $$$,
instead of a lump sum. You have a fertile imagination and
are often involved in creative pursuits. You are a very
sincere and loyal partner, but find that expressing your
feelings is not very easy. Your home is your haven, and you
love nothing more than being surrounded by close family and
your beloved partner.
BLACK GRAPES
You are a polite person in general, but do have quick
flare-ups of temper that cool down just as quickly. You
enjoy beauty in all forms, including beautiful people. You
are very popular because of your warm, gregarious nature.
You have a zest for life, you enjoy everything you do, right
from the way you dress, to your style and your day-to-day
life. Your partner must share your zeal and zing for life to
enjoy all you have to offer!
PEACH
Like a peach, you enjoy the juice of life and all its lush
ripeness! You are the friendly sort, and are quite frank and
outspoken, which adds to your charm. You are quick to
forgive and forget; and value your friendships highly. You
have an independent and ambitious streak in you, that makes
you a real go-getter. You are the ideal lover, fiery and
passionate but sincere and faithful in love. You don't
however like to display all that passion in public.
CUSTARD APPLE
You are a modest and conservative person who can be quite
sensitive at times. You tend to be thoughtful and
contemplative, and therefore are rarely rash in doing
things. You are quite ambitious and are good at anything
that requires much detailing or working with numbers. You
are quick at finding fault with others. While looking for a
partner, you value a person's intellect far above their
looks or good old passion. You are quite shy and not very
comfortable demonstrating affection.
PEAR
If you put your mind to something you can do it successfully,
but by and large you tend to be fickle and have trouble
completing a task with the enthusiasm you started it with.
You need to know the results of your efforts almost immediately.
You enjoy mental stimulation and love to get into a good discussion!
